Shipping Policy

ELAVOE only sells products within Canada and does not ship outside of Canada. Shipping & Handling may not be available in all areas. Shipping & Handling charges are a flat rate and may vary depending on location. You’ll find your total Shipping & Handling charges in your Cart and during the checkout process.
When calculating shipping & handling charges, the shipping weight of your order is always rounded down to the nearest weight in the fee schedule. Therefore, an item with a shipping rate of 1-1/2 lbs will be charged at the 1lb shipping rate.
For certain orders, free Shipping & Handling may not be available in your area. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time without prior notice (even after an order has been submitted), including in cases where free Shipping & Handling does not apply to your area.
For orders shipped to rural postal codes and remote locations considered “beyond points,” we can reach your destination through Standard Shipping only. They do not qualify for any free shipping or shipping promotions. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Standard shipping calculations are determined by location.

Free Shipping on orders of $100 or more
Orders of $100 or more (before shipping & taxes) with a shipping weight under 20lbs will automatically qualify for free standard shipping. Free Shipping may not be available in certain areas. If your order contains multiple items, only those items having a shipping weight under 20lbs will be eligible for free shipping. An item’s “shipping weight” is usually the same as the item’s actual weight, unless the item and packaging is large or bulky, in which case an additional premium is added to the item’s actual weight to arrive at the item’s “shipping weight” (for large or bulky items, typically 1 cubic foot is equivalent to 10 lbs shipping weight). Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

Return Policy

1. RETURN PERIOD:
Request to return product must be made within 30 days of delivery to the customer.

2. CONDITION OF ITEM:
To be eligible for a return, the items MUST be returned with all contents and still in original packaging.

3. RESTOCKING FEES:

  • No restocking fee will apply for product that is unopened or opened but unused.
  • A restocking fee of 5% will apply for product that is opened and used.
  • Please note that restocking fees are calculated based on the product price before any shipping and tax charges.

4. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES:
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Elavoe will cover all shipping costs associated with the return. For all other returns, including those due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the outgoing shipping fees incurred during the original sale. You have the option to send the item back to us using your preferred shipping method, or we can provide a prepaid shipping label at the current courier rates. If we provide a prepaid shipping label, the cost will be deducted from the refund amount. For example, if the original shipping charge paid by the customer was $10 and a prepaid shipping label is provided, a total of $20 will be deducted from the refund to cover the original shipping cost and the prepaid return label. If the original order included free shipping, the deducted amount will be based on the shipping rate paid by Elavoe.com to deliver the product to the customer.

5. REFUND PROCESS
Upon receipt of the returned product, Elavoe will process the refund within 3 days.

Please note that oversize items are non-refundable, but if there is a defect, we will provide replacement parts to resolve the issue.
