Elavoe Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!
1. RETURN WINDOW:
Customers can request to return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email us at support@elavoe.com to get started.
2. ITEM CONDITION:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all original parts and accessories
- Be unused and unopened for a full refund
- If opened/used, a restocking fee may apply
3. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES:
- If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: We’ll cover return shipping.
- For all other returns, including change of mind: You’ll be responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
- Customers can ship the item using local carriers
- Or we can provide a prepaid label (the cost will be deducted from your refund)
If your original order included free shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost we incurred from your refund.
4. REFUND TIMELINE:
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed.
5. OVERSIZED ITEMS:
Oversized items are non-refundable, but if there’s a defect, we’ll send replacement parts to resolve the issue.
