Shipping policy

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship within Canada.

1. WHERE WE SHIP
We currently only ship within Canada and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Some remote or rural areas may not be eligible for standard shipping or promotional rates. We’ll let you know during checkout if your area qualifies.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & TIMING

• Orders ship via Standard Ground Shipping
• Delivery times vary by location; please allow extra time for remote or “beyond point” addresses
• Orders ship Monday to Friday, excluding holidays
  

3. SHIPPING COSTS

• Flat-rate shipping: Rates vary by destination and will be shown in your cart and at checkout
• Shipping weight is rounded down (e.g. 1.5 lbs ships at 1 lb rate)
• Some regions may not qualify for free or promotional shipping

4. FREE SHIPPING OFFER
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more (before tax and shipping) if:

• The shipping weight is under 20 lbs
• Your shipping address is not in a remote location
• Items meet the free shipping eligibility criteria

Note: Bulky or oversized items may have adjusted “shipping weights” based on size. For example, 1 cubic foot = 10 lbs of shipping weight.

5. REMOTE & RURAL LOCATIONS

Orders shipped to rural postal codes or remote areas (“beyond points”) will only be eligible for Standard Shipping and do not qualify for free shipping. Additional time may be needed for delivery to these areas.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders at any time — even after they’ve been submitted — especially if shipping restrictions or limitations apply in your area.
